2014 July – London – FPA is among the winners for Europe in the Hotel interior design category at the International Property Awards 2014-15 with the project “Relais Ca’ Sabbioni” in Venice.

29th December 2013 – Italian most important newspaper Corriere della Sera has mentioned SISSI chair, designed by Michele Franzina, one of the ‘ten examples of creativity and innovation that will remind us of 2013‘.

April 2013 – FPA wins the closed design competition “Club type residential building, Riga, 4 Elizabetes street” promoted by LLC Elizabetes 4, group of companies Dekarta Property. The purpose of the competition is the design of common premises and apartments of the exclusive residential building, built in 1883, located at 4 Elizabetes street in Riga. The project of the building proposes creation of exclusive and elegant residential apartments and the common premises. The design represents a harmonious unanimity of modern technologies and historical value, with a special emphasis on the uniqueness of the building and the value of the courtyard.

8th August 2012 – FPA wins a “European Property Awards 2012” in the category Architecture Single Residence with the project “BGF house” for Italy. The “International Property Awards” celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry, with the objective to recognise excellence in the property industry worldwide and to promote an international standard.
FPA will welcome journalists and investors to present the project at the “European Property Summit 2012” that will take place in London, The Marriott, Grosvenor Square, London, 24 September 2012.
